Miracle Worker by Taylor Mali

Teachers are critical in our society and deserve more credits than they should. Here is a brilliant and funny poem by Taylor Mali on teachers.

Find a teacher or teachers that inspired you, keep in touch, and send your gratefulness when you realize how much of a miracle they had on your life.

Flower crazy sketchbook page. I did a little drawing to start every day, so it’s kinda messy. Some of those plants & flowers are totally real, some, I just made up.

I have been doing some drawings and sketches with mostly black pen and ink. Now, I ought to obtain and try with brown pen/ink.

Every day is unique and fun when seen through a kaleidoscope, from Mexico.

as a runner and as a psychology student, i wanted to say this a while ago. yes, i can totally relate to running helping you clean up your mind when something happens, and making you feel so good. but still, after you’re done, when you really have something, you’ll keep thinking about it.
just running won’t solve your problems, and sometimes we all need some professional help.
sometimes problems run out of our hands, and why not attack them instead of avoiding them?

THANK YOU. i honestly can’t stand the “running is cheaper than therapy” thing because it makes me feel bad about using therapy. Like stated above, JUST RUNNING WON’T SOLVE YOUR EFFING PROBLEMS.

I run and go to therapy because I like to take care of both my physical and mental health

Reminder to self: Mental health is equally important as physical health.
