as a runner and as a psychology student, i wanted to say this a while ago. yes, i can totally relate to running helping you clean up your mind when something happens, and making you feel so good. but still, after you’re done, when you really have something, you’ll keep thinking about it.
just running won’t solve your problems, and sometimes we all need some professional help.
sometimes problems run out of our hands, and why not attack them instead of avoiding them?
THANK YOU. i honestly can’t stand the “running is cheaper than therapy” thing because it makes me feel bad about using therapy. Like stated above, JUST RUNNING WON’T SOLVE YOUR EFFING PROBLEMS.
